St. Lucia is a charming suburb in the heart of Brisbane, Australia. Covering an area of 4.6 square kilometres, St. Lucia has a rich history. After European settlement, the area was owned by the Wilson family, who grew sugarcane on the land from the 1860s. It was then subdivided in 1883 into an urban development and residential expansion began.

St Lucia sits 7.3 Kilometres southwest of Brisbane CBD, offering a fantastic combination of suburban peace and quiet, with easy access to the city by car, ferry, bus, or train from Toowong Station. The population of the suburb is 12,220 according to the 2021 census.

The suburb embraces a wonderful mix of old and new, with 4,627 homes situated in the area. These include a mix of older, low density of homes, and new high rise apartments along the river banks.
